An event dedicated to geology and astronomy. This year special attention is dedicated to the research in Antarctica, with stories, images, people and materials from the National Museum of Antarctica (Trieste).

In Antarctica many meteorites are found conserved in ice. Rocks coming from the universe fallen on Earth. Universe can be seen thanks to the telescope during the evening, as soon as the dark comes.

The suggestive village of Illegio lies in a valley that originated as a consequence of the last glaciations. Ice is an important element here too…
